As we sit in the midst of COVID-19 we feel sometimes as though the walls are closing in on us. If you have a household to maintain with children and they are e-learning and you are trying to work it become overwhelming. If you add the children with a husband or boyfriend the weight can be really heavy.
Sometimes you just need to take some time to yourself and regroup. Have yourself a pamper me day and do the things you only want to do. In life to help keep our sanity it is so important that we take care of ourselves.
If in this time you have loss a parent, we send much prayers to you in this time of holiday season. Remember all the good things, the laughs the meals you cooked together. If you feel your emotions rising up its okay just go with it. Sometimes all you need is a good cry.
